Ongoing support and development of full-scale RF business: internal approvals, legal documentation, reviews

Efficiently manage and mitigate the risks associated with Receivables Finance products

Managing existing customers portfolio, maximizing utilization levels, bringing new clients

Efficiently manage staff members involved in Receivables Finance products implementation, support and distribution

Increase client acquisition on the product

Analyzing the market potential for the bank products

Deep understanding of banking processes, internal coordination

Analysis of portfolio of existing and potential clients with bank’s sales staff, sales of product, Agreements signing with corresponding contractual documentation preparation

Supervising junior staff

Good written English

Deep understanding of business processes

Computer skills – Word, Excel, Power Point – making presentations/reports - user level

5-7 years experience in similar roles of major Russian or international bank

Self motivation, ability to meet deadlines, management skills, strong selling and negotiation skills
